Christmas Hampers Ready for Departure
Members of the Survivor Assistance Support Program (SASP) and the Nishnawbe Aski Police Service assembled care packages for the SASP Holliday Hamper initiative today.
Each package will be paired with a turkey and distributed to some of the community we serve.
This year, a total of 90 hampers will be distributed to: Attawapiskat First Nation, Cat Lake First Nation, and Webequie First Nation.
The items used to fill these hampers were purchased by SASP. We are incredibly grateful for SASP facilitating this initiative, and we are very proud of the SASP and NAPS members who gave their time to make sure hampers were filled and ready to be shipped to the communities.
Miigwetch!
