POLICE DRUG SEIZE LIQUOR IN ATTAWAPISKAT PDF Print E-mail

(Attawapiskat, ON) On March 18, 2011, Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service members from the Attawapiskat Detachment seized liquor while conducting a routine Ride Program within the territory.

A total northern street value of twenty-three thousand seven-hundred fifty dollars ($23,750.00) in alcohol was seized. 

This occurrence is still under investigation and no charges have been made at this time.

Attawapiskat First Nation is located approximately 630 kilometres north of Timmins, Ontario.
