TWO CHARGED WITH MARIJUANA POSSESSION IN CONSTANCE LAKE PDF Print E-mail

(Thunder Bay, ON) On October 20, 2010, Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service Drug Enforcement Unit members along with the Combined Forces Organized Crime Unit executed a search warrant at a residence located in Constance Lake First Nation resulting in charges laid against a man and woman.

The search warrant yielded various drug paraphernalia, Marijuana and approximately three hundred forty ($340.00) in cash.  The street value of the drugs seized is approximately three hundred ($300.00) dollars.

Twenty-six (26) year-old Tara Lynn MOORE and twenty-four (24) year-old Frederick Caleb BUNTING, both of Constance Lake First Nation, have each been charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking.  MOORE and BUNTING have been released on a Promise to Appear for court on December 1, 2010 in Hearst, Ontario.

Constance Lake is located approximately 245 kilometres west of Timmins, Ontario.
