MARIJUANA SEIZED IN FORT ALBANY PDF Print E-mail
(Fort Albany) On May 4, 2010, Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service from the Fort Albany Detachment conducted an investigation resulting in the arrest of a Timmins resident.

Police seized a street value of approximately thirty-three thousand nine hundred dollars ($33,900.00) worth of marijuana.

Thirty (30) year old Randy Joseph WESLEY of Timmins, Ontario was charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking. WESLEY was released on conditions and will appear in court on June 10, 2010 at Fort Albany, Ontario.

Fort Albany First Nation is approximately 520 kilometres north of Timmins, Ontario.
