NAPS MAKES DRUG SEIZURES IN POST OFFICE IN MOOSE CREE FIRST NATION PDF Print E-mail
(Moose Cree) Between the dates of March 9 and March 15, 2010 Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service investigated several occurrences where suspected illegal drugs were being delivered through the Canada Post mail system.

With the assistance of the Canada Post Security and Investigations Branch, police seized a street value of approximately thirty-eight thousand three hundred dollars ($38,300.00) worth of drugs. The drugs seized included marijuana, cocaine and prescription pills.

Moose Cree First Nation is located approximately 300 kilometres north of Cochrane.
