Complaint

There are two (2) types of Public Complaints. They relate to the policies of and services provided by NAPS, or the conduct of a NAPS Police Officer. NAPS takes all complaints seriously. Please contact the Professional Standards Office for more information.

Comment

Comments from the Public may be non-formal complaints or concerns that may be used to obtain explanations from NAPS in various less serious situations. NAPS shall ensure that reasonable efforts to address those general concerns and to report back to you what steps were taken. You can email, mail, fax or phone in your comment.
