Eabametoong, ON - Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service has intercepted another shipment of illegal prescription drugs headed to the first nation community of Eabametoong (Fort Hope). 

 

NAPS officers seized an amount of illegal prescription drugs of OxyContin and Percocets worth approximately $10, 700. 

Tina Atlookan a 27 year old female from Fort Hope is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking.

She is to appear in court on April 8th, 2010 in Fort Hope

Eabametoong is located approximately 385 kilometres northeast of Thunder Bay.
