PERCOCETS SEIZED AT THUNDER BAY AIRPORT PDF Print E-mail

(Thunder Bay) On November 20, 2009 Nishnawbe-Aski Police Service (NAPS) Drug Enforcement along with the NAPS Gang Enforcement Unit seized a quantity of prescription pills at the Thunder Bay International Airport from an individual attempting to travel to Eabametoong First Nation (Fort Hope). 

A street value of approximately seven thousand two-hundred dollars ($7,200.00) worth of Percocet prescription drugs were seized from twenty-two (22) year old Clinton WABANO of Eabametoong First Nation.  WABANO was charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Breach of Undertaking and he has been released from custody on a notice to appear in court on Thursday, January 7, 2010 in Thunder Bay. 

Eabametoong First Nation is located approximately 385 kilometres northeast of Thunder Bay
